1. Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all new subscription and one-time purchases. If you are not satisfied with the service, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase by contacting us at support@powerpointengine.io.
2. Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by contacting support. When you cancel:
- You will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing period.
- We do not provide prorated refunds for the unused portion of the current billing period beyond the 14-day window described above.
- No further charges will be made after cancellation.
